New Tattoos...

Here are a couple tattoos that I have done recently that I have really enjoyed.  The rose on the foot is a cover up, the geometric design is from an cloth pattern that the client brought in and I tweaked a bit, and lastly is a hand of buddha that was a walk in.

Finished Hannya for Doug...

Finished this tattoo yesterday that I started at the convention.  Tons of color, something that I have been really into recently.  After this tattoo Doug and I  counted a total of 28 complete tattoos that I have done on him, not counting filler or background, couldn't ask for a more solid, easy going client.  Thanks Doug, you are the best.

Day of the Dead Profile...

This was a very specific client request.  Billy wanted an exact copy of something, talked him into a few changes so that he wasn't wearing someones else's tattoo and think we both walked away happy.

Dotwork Flower....

Seeing as dot shading is all the rage, I felt that I had to keep up with the Jones' and pull this one out.  This is an on going sleeve and really psyched on how it is coming out.

This was one of the more wild ideas I have gotten from a walk in in a while.  The photos aren't great, but really, when are my photos ever great?  Anyway, was pleased with the outcome, like doing tattoos like this.

Convention Tattoos...

Here are a couple of tattoos that I have done this weekend at the convention.  I would like to thank Jeff Rassier and Stony St. Clair for drawing such amazing designs, I only hope that I did them justice.

The hannya and roses is in progress while the panther and flowers is a good example of filling in all the tiny little spaces that other tattoos make.

I said the other day that I had never really done a day of the dead skull, then within a week I do 3, kinda weird.  Anyway, this one has poppies for eyes as you can see.

I was really happy to squeeze this tattoo in at the end of my night yesterday.  This is on a really nice lady who is a seamstress and wanted this exact pair of scissors that she uses.  I was really happy with the tattoo and really psyched to meet her and her husband who were really nice, easy going people, a real treat sometimes when most of the time you barely get a "thank you".

Black and Gray Tattoos...

I usually work with bold colors, but I did 2 black and gray tattoos today that I really enjoyed.  The first was on a client that didn't even know he was getting tattooed, came as a friend of Mike Lucena's client and decided to get a tattoo. The second tattoo I am a bit more hesitant to post due to the fact that the client brought in a photo of a pre-existing tattoo and wanted it exact.  If i knew who the original artist was I would give credit but alas sometimes the internet does not work that way.  I tried to keep the integrity of the piece as much a s possible.

Here are 2 tattoos on a repeat client, cool guy, fun tattoos.   The Florida orange is bright as day, Time Tells pigments, best I have seen in a while.

Never Again...Discharge Tattoo

Redid this fucking great Discharge tattoo, I couldn't say no.  This thing was originally done by Elio Espana on Adam, the original bass player of Agnostic Front.  Brought it back to life after 20 years of hard living.
